Get Involved
Volunteer
Join us at TAOS PRIDE 2012. The Pride Planning Board meets all year long but it takes nearly 30 volunteers to make the Parade and Pride in the Park happen. Get involved and you can make a difference in how successful TAOS PRIDE is for everyone. It is a great way to meet people if you are new in town and want to see how Pride is run. There are several positions and locations at pride you can participate.
There are many volunteer opportunities at our other events throughout the year besides Pride in the Park and the Parade. Please let us know if you are interested in participating at other events through out the year. Thank you!

Run for the Board
What Does It Mean to Be a Board Member?
The TAOS PRIDE Board consists of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and the Planning Committee. These five board members work all year long to produce the Pride in the Park, the Pride Parade and other events. Elections are held for the Board on an annual basis. Meetings are held at least monthly and are open to the community. Please note that this is a “working” board and many volunteer hours are needed to successfully produce and promote this event if you are board member for TAOS PRIDE, Inc. If not interested in a Board Position, you might want to volunteer for a committee chair or for TAOS PRIDE events scheduled throughout the year.
